A. Hell yes! We lost 50g of thrust as 12W of power when switching from the RCTimer 20A ESC to the RCTimer 30A ESC (both running BLHeli).
Q. How does the SunnySky 2204/2300 compare to the Cobra 2204/2300 motor?
A. Not to bad. It's more efficient (especially on 3S) but it is down on power. The Cobra is still the most powerful 2204 motor tested by RCModelReviews to date.
Q. How does the SunnySky 2207/2700KV motor compare?
A. It has about 50% more power than the 2204 Cobra but that power comes at a price. The motor is also 50% heavier and its efficiency is lower so you'll need some pretty good batteries to keep up. And yes, it's hardly far to compare a 2207 motor to a 2204 but people asked.
