Jack Revill, aka Jackmaster, first started DJing aged 14. By 17 was a resident at Glasgow's Monox. Since then he has grown into one of the most sought after selectors in the world - with a reputation for wide-ranging eclecticism and the skills to send any dancefloor into states of wild euphoria.
His sets are always uniquely thrilling affairs, spanning all corners of his mighty record collection. No one else can cut between Dopplereffekt deep cuts and Diana Ross classics with such flair.
In 2010 he co-founded the Numbers label which has built up a catalogue packed to the rafters with bangers that have laid waste to dancefloors across the world, featuring releases from the likes of DJ Deeon, Jessie Ware, Jamie xx and SOPHIE.
Beyond his own imprint, Jack has played a pivotal role in helping many other producers and labels get their start through his links with Scottish record store and international distributor Rubadub, with the likes of Objekt, DJ Haus and Anthony Parasole among the many indebted to his actions. His influence on the global dance music scene is incalculable.
Regardless of location you can always count on Jackmaster to kick a party off in boisterous style, but if we had to pick, his hometown of Glasgow is the ideal location to see him play. It’s a city that knows how to party and Jackmaster is a DJ well-versed in pushing crowds to the highest level. Together they make for a perfect storm of guaranteed fun, no doubt with a dash of chaos for good measure.
