Please help us to find bad videos. Broken or unappropriated video content?
Decided to squat heavy one last time before taking a deload and starting a new training cycle. This ended up being my 4th squat session in 7 days and my 3rd one going for max weight. I'll put up a video soon going over how these sessions went and why I did it this way, but figured I'd make this single public as I had to upload it for my coach Bryce anyways.
In an effort to keep this clip as raw as possible the music may seem a bit wonky and that's b/c I had to change the pitch so it didn't get flagged.
