This was a great day at the gym with my father and one of my older brother's Jay. I really wish my brother Mike could have made it out here as well, and hopefully some day we can get a full family gym session together for the channel. In this episode we used a guest pass to visit a local gym that I worked at back in 2005. I wasn't sure if I was allowed to be filming so I got whatever footage I could. Enjoy!
