BREAKING BAD actor Bryan Cranston was by far the leading fan choice to play Lex Luthor in the upcoming MAN OF STEEL sequel, and was rumored to be talking with the studio about the role. However, in a recent interview Cranston reveals that he and the studio never talked about the film but that he would have liked to have played the character.
