HONEY GLAZED CARROTS RECIPE

l'm not a fan of cooked carrots but i would have seconds of these bad boys!
What l used was:
500g carrots / 1lb (approx)
4 tablespoons of butter
4 tablespoons of honey
3 tablespoons of brown sugar
juice of half a lemon
salt and pepper
