Become motivated and stay motivated to workout at home!
Finding the motivation to stay consistent with your workouts (especially when you do your workouts from home) can be very challenging. Whether you think you don't have enough equipment or space...or that the kids won't let you work out without distraction, there are plenty of obstacles standing in the way of you and your home workout program.
