ARRMA OutCast BLX First Run on 6S - Stock
So here's a quick rundown of my first initial thoughts on the new ARRMA OutCast 6S BLX.
In my first run with this truck on 4S I found that the truck performed very well, it handled great, it jumped well and the overall experience with the truck was 100% positive. However, on 6S, I found myself wanting something more from the OutCast. It still drove great, jumped great and again, the overall experience is mostly positive, but something was missing from this 6S run. Advertised as a "stunt truck", the OutCast felt too much like the Kraton or Talion, it just felt too composed or tame. I wanted my experience with the OutCast on 6S to be almost out of control, I wanted it to be wild and not behave like its big brothers. So in the video, you'll hear what almost sounds like disapointment, but it's really just me wanting more from it. The shocks definitely need to be redone, some taller gearing will be installed and thicker center diff oil could be the finishing touch needed to bring out the beast within this awesome truck. Then we might see some better stunt work from the OutCast...
Thanks for watching and hope you enjoyed the video.
