Pastel de caramelo / Cocinemos juntos
Hoy aprenderemos a preparar un PASTEL DE CARAMELO
INGREDIENTES PARA EL PASTEL (9 porciones)
- 2 T + 2 C de Harina cernida
(Cernir antes de medir)
- 1 C polvo de hornear
- 3/4 C de bicarbonato
- 112 gr de mantequilla suavizada
- 1 T azúcar
- 1 C vainilla
- 2 huevos a temperatura ambiente por 30 minutos
INGREDIENTES PARA EL GLASÉ DE CARAMELO
-1 T crema con alto contenido en grasa
-1/2 T moscabado
- 1 C miel de maíz
-1 C vainilla
