COMO PREPARAR UNAS RICAS ALBONDIGAS DE PESCADO!
Ingredientes:
750 gr. de pescado filete de bagre (tilapia,mero)
2 rebanadas de pan
1/4 de taza de leche
1/2 taza de chile morron rojo
2 dientes de ajo
4 hojas de hierba buena
1/2 cucharada de sal
1 cucharadita de oregano
1 huevo
1/2 kilo de jitomate
1 diente de ajo
1/2 taza de cebolla blanca
2 cucharads de aceite
1 taza de pure o salsa de jitomate
2 tazas de agua
1 cucharadita de pimienta molida
1cucharadita de sal
Servir con arroz verde,blanco o rojo.
