The April Bikini Body Challenge is back! Just in time to get you that summer body! This is the SECOND video (Abs & Upper Body) of WEEK 2. Remember to do some cardio tomorrow, repeat this workout on Saturday + The leg workout from Monday, and stay tuned for MONDAY of next week when i'll be releasing the Week 3 workouts!
Here is the schedule for the Bikini Body Challenge, which will be the same each week
Monday - Leg Workout
Tuesday - Rest/Cardio
Wednesday - repeat Leg Workout
Thursday - Ab/Upper Body workout (THIS VIDEO)
Friday - Rest/Cardio
Saturday - Both Legs & Upper Body
Sunday - REST DAY
Remember to do the Vacuums EVERYDAY.
