Today on Cook with April I'm sharing how to make these White Chocolate Butterscotch Blondies. If you've never had a Blondie they are basically a blonde brownie (uses vanilla instead of cocoa). I've added pecans and walnuts in these blondies but feel free to experiment and add milk chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, macadamia nuts, etc. Enjoy :D
