Instead, bake your pork chops my way - with high heat.
I start my seasoned pork chops in a very hot oven proof frying pan to get a golden brown, flavorful sear on the first side. Then move the whole pan into a 425 degree oven to finish cooking. It only takes about 10 minutes to bake pork chops my way, and they come out tender, juicy and flavorful every time.
