The most important thing to get the best fitting boots is to get the right size. And what’s that you ask? Well, sometimes the rule of thumb is that you should have half or even a thumb of space in the toe. For me, that’s too much. It’s a football boot made for performance, not a sneaker for comfort, so I always try to get the size where I fill out the boot perfectly without any pressure points. If it hurts, it’s too tight - but don’t leave too much room either.
