Welcome to our brand new home! As you may remember in our last House Tour we talked about how we were going to build a brand new home... and here is the Empty House Tour. I would call it a Hamptons Style House - and yes - it's very white!

I also didn't want to film this as a voice over but at the time of filming we were moving in and the builders were doing the finishing touches on a few things so I couldn't walk and talk it through.
Building Our Dream Home Series:
For those who have been asking - we built with a smaller local builder with an excellent reputation in the area.
The house plan is very similar to Metricon's "The Lincoln" however we tinkered with a few things like the closet, the bathroom and moving the kid's retreat around.
