Today I'll be showing you how to make Chocolate Lava Cake or a we call it here in the UK Melt in the Middle Chocolate Pudding. They're really great because they can be prepared ahead of time kept in the fridge until needed.
Sometimes also known as Molten Lava Cake.

Recipe:
60g Dark Chocolate
40g Milk Chocolate
100g Butter, unsalted
150g Soft Brown Sugar
4 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
50g Plain Flour
Bake 12-14 minutes
180 degrees fan
This will fill 4 moulds
