Easy Queso Blanco Recipe ~ Noreen's Kitchen

Greetings! Today I am sharing with you an amazing recipe for homemade Queso Blanco, the delicious white cheese dip that you will often get, if you ask, at your favorite Mexican restaurant. Most of the time they will bring you salsa with a basket of chips, but Mexican aficionados know that if you ask, they will bring you a complementary bowl of delicious Queso Blanco to enjoy with your chips and this is what we are making today!
Queso Blanco, when made from scratch is delicious and there is really nothing like it. This is not a processed cheese dip. This does not have any cheese slices, or bricks of processed cheese, while they may be delicious, homemade queso is amazing and I am making this to use as a base for my queso sour cream enchilada bake that I will share with you in another video coming soon.
Mix this up, quick and easy and then break out the chips and even the raw veggies and dip away! This makes a wonderful lunch or appetizer for a party.
