Tweaking the Quanum 5.8GHz FPV diversity receiver

Out of the box, the Quanum 5.8GHz FPV diversity receiver has way too much delay in its switching so if you want this thing to work properly you will have to access the hidden menu and change the "diversity time" setting to something quite a bit lower than the default of 10.
Now that it switches sanely, I'll test it in the field and see how well it works "in real life".
