Singer-songwriter SZA is the kind of singular, down-to-earth artist, who you really wish was your best friend. Her jazzy, intimate take on bold pop music, which you can hear on the new debut album, 'CTRL,' feels sourced from the iMessages of a million millennials. So it only makes sense to kick off Vevo’s intimate 'Dinner Party' series with the 28-year-old Jersey native. In early June, the day 'CTRL' dropped, SZA brought together four of the people closest to her for a celebratory meal at the airy, plant-filled New York bistro Sunday In Brooklyn: her manager and TDE label head, Punch, 'CTRL' visual director Sage, and two longtime besties from college and her hometown, Amber and Leigh.
