Instead of having a big Cake centre piece this cupcake wreath means your guest can pull it apart when its time for you Christmas desert. In this video I'll show you how to decorate these Christmas cupcakes and how to assemble the wreath.

Ingredients:
Buttercream (Hummingbird Bakery)- I used 1.5 quantities of buttercream
500g Icing sugar
160g Unsalted soft butter
50ml Whole milk
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
Green food colour (I used Kerry green-Wilton)
Red fondant
Sprinkles and Christmas bits to decorate
Cupcake recipe used in this video (Hummingbird Bakery)- will need to double for 24 cupcakes
1200g Plain Flour
140g Caster Sugar
1 1/2 tps Baking Powder
40g Unsalted Butter (at room temp)
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
120ml Whole Milk
Pinch of Salt
1 Egg
