A classic Aussie dinner or snack we used to have all the time growing up, savory mince is a favorite dish here in the land Down Under. Here is a recipe l have addapted from my mothers recipe passed down through the generations.
Ingredients :
1 carrot
1 onion
1 cup peas
2 cloves garlic
2 spoons gravy powder or flour
500g / 1lb minced meat
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup of water
a slab of butter (approx 50grams / 2 oz)
salt and pepper to taste
