Super Mario Galaxy 2 - Chompworks Galaxy - Cosmic Clones in the Chompworks - 51.21

This is a speed run of 'Cosmic Clones in the Chompworks' from Chompworks Galaxy. This run looks very simple but there is actually a trick to save around 1 second. In order to get in the 51 seconds rather than 52's you need to activate the 'Mario clone cutscene' just as/after the golden chomp in the far background is breaking. By having this golden chomp gone when the clone cutscene begins, a new chomp will appear almost immediately after the cutscene finishes. This works out well because by the time you get down there to lower the first bridge, the chomp will be in the perfect spot. If you activate the cutscene before the first golden chomp breaks, you'll see how much longer it takes for a new one to spawn.
