This video goes over the steps on how to help correct a strength / muscular imbalance.  Imbalances can be caused by a variety of different things, and sometimes are more severe than others.  This is commonly seen especially in athletes or those who work a physically demanding job and they use one side of the body (right arm, left leg, etc.) for the majority of their work.  It is important to not ignore these strength differences - they require attention if you want to reach maximum potential!
