It is often avialbale at road side cart or in Food Street. You can call it a street snacks. Keema kachori is most delicious kachori among kachori family. It is made with fresh mince. This savory and meaty kachories are best to serve with dips or sauce or with aloo bhaji.
Ingredients اجزاء
For kachori dough کچوری کے ڈھو کیلئے
All-Purpose Flour (Maida) 3 cups میدہ 3 کپ
Clarified butter (Desi ghee) 4 tbsp دِسی گھی 4 ٹیبل سپون
Salt 1 tsp نمک 1 ٹی سپون
Warm water نیم گرم پانی
For the filling فیلنگ کیلئے
Minced meat 250g قیمہ 250 گرام
1 onion پیاز 1 عدد
Fresh coriander ہرا دھنیا
1 tomato ٹماٹر 1 عدد
2 green chillies ہری مرچیں 2 عدد
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp ادرک لہسن 1 ٹیبل سپون
Oil 2 tbsp تیل 2 ٹیبل سپون
Red chilli powder 1 tsp سُرخ مرچ پائوڈر 1 ٹی سپون
Salt as required نمک حسب ذائقہ
Turmeric powder (haldi) ¼ tsp ہلدی پائوڈر ¼ ٹی سپون
Allspice Garam masala powder ½ tsp گرم مصالحہ پائوڈر ½ ٹی سپون
Coriander powder 1 tsp دھنیا پائوڈر 1 ٹی سپون

Corn flour کارن فلور
Oil for frying تلنے کیلئے تیل
