What I Eat in a Day! - VEGETARIAN

Hi guys! I love filming these videos, and I also love watching them because I love getting ideas for meals. This video is a VEGETARIAN what I eat in a day... but its very vegan friendly. Just leave out the cheese and Worcestershire in the chili and you will be good to go. ALSO... this is a SINGLE day. Sometimes I eat less, and sometimes I eat more. Sometimes I eat more protein and sometimes I eat more fruit. It all depends. So please don't judge my entire diet on one day.
As far as the chili goes, I don't measure... but I will do my best to leave the recipe below if you want to try it.... if you do use this recipe, use your own judgement for measurements... I might be slightly off on them (I also like very flavorful chili).
Chili--
1 can red kidney beans (drain and rinse)
1 can black beans (drain and rinse)
1 can diced tomatoes
1 small can tomato puree
1/2 small can diced green chilis
frozen corn (however much you want)
salt and pepper
2 tbsp chili powder
1 1/2 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp A1 Sauce
3 sprinkles Worcestershire
2 handfuls meatless crumbles
sprinkle onion powder
1 tbsp or 2 cloves of garlic
sometimes i add cheyenne pepper or a squirt o Siracha if i want it hot... but not always.
Put all the ingredients and let it cook all day. I usually put it on High for a couple hours then turn it down to low for the rest of the day.
