"THE PIZZA BURGER" - What happens when you mix a burger with a pizza!!

Total cooking time: 1 hours 15 minutes
Preparation time 0 hours 45 minutes
Cooking time 0 hours 30 minutes
Suggested tools:
Pizza peel
Pizza stone
Ingredients: (4 pizza's)
Pizza dough - 4 pizza's
Ground beef - 400 gram
Onion - 1 piece
Bell pepper - 1 piece
Pickled Jalapeños - 12 slices
Shredded cheese - 200 gram
BBQ rub - 1 tablespoon
Olive oil
How To:
01h15m - Start your barbecue and set it to bake with a pizza stone at 220 Celsius 430Fahrenheit
00h30m - slice the onion and the bell pepper in thin slices
00h25m - Spread out the dough for one pizza about 2mm thick
00h20m - Build your pizza burger
0h15m - Bake the pizza burger on the pizza stone for 8- 10 minutes the brush on the olive oil and sprinkle on the bbq rub. Bake it for 5 more minutes
00h05m - Take the pizza burger out and let it cool down
00h00m - Enjoy!!
