Cheese Bread
Ingredients :
125ml (1/2 cup) warm milk
25g (2 tablespoons) fine sugar
3g (1 teaspoon) instant yeast
1 large egg, beaten
250g (2 cups) all-purpose flour
3g (1/2 teaspoon) fine salt
42g (3 tablespoons) soft unsalted butter
Extra flour for handle the dough
100g (1 cup) shredded cheddar cheese, for filling and topping.
42g (3 tablespoons) soft butter + 1 tbsp chopped scallions + 1/2 tsp garlic powder (scallions/garlic butter) for filling
Beaten egg for egg wash (you won't use it all)

NOTE for my measurements :
1 cup all-purpose flour = 125 grams
1 cup milk/water = 250 ml

Geschlagenes Ei zum Waschen der Eier (Sie werden nicht alles verwenden)

HINWEIS für meine Messungen:
1 Tasse Allzweckmehl = 125 Gramm
1 Tasse Milch / Wasser = 250 ml

25g (2 colheres de sopa) de açúcar fino
3g (1 colher de chá) de fermento instantâneo
1 ovo grande batido
250g (2 xícaras) de farinha de trigo
3g (1/2 colher de chá) de sal fino
42g (3 colheres de sopa) de manteiga sem sal macia
Farinha extra para manusear a massa
100g (1 xícara) de queijo cheddar ralado, para recheio e cobertura.
42g (3 colheres de sopa) de manteiga macia + 1 colher de sopa de cebolinha picada + 1/2 colher de chá de alho em pó (cebolinha / manteiga de alho) para recheio
Ovo batido para a lavagem do ovo (você não usará tudo)

NOTA para minhas medições:
1 xícara de farinha de trigo = 125 gramas
1 xícara de leite / água = 250 ml
Egg substitutes alternative: for one egg :
• 2 tbsp water + 1/2 tsp oil + 1/2 tsp baking powder + 2 tbsp flour. Stir until combined and mix with other ingredients for the dough.
• Flax seeds: 1 tbsp ground flax seed + 3 tbsp water. Stir and let sit for 15 minutes. (for suitable bread recipe), grain bread.
• 1 tsp baking soda + 1 tbsp white vinegar + 1 tbsp water. Mix into the dough ingredients. (fluffy)
• A half of ripe banana (for suitable flavor)
• ¼ cup of puree fruits (moist): apple, apricot, prunes, avocado, pumpkin (for baking something where the flavor suitable)
I use a digital scale. If you are using a digital scale, please make sure that your batteries are full/new. Old batteries cause measurements inaccurate.
