In today's video our two Unisport presenters talk about to get the right ball pressure. They're discussing how much air pressure you should have in your football when you pump it for matches, for when you pump your football for taking free kicks and making YouTube videos, and finally, how to inflate your ball if you're a football freestyler.
Generally, freestylers like very little pressure in their balls, almost not inflating them at all. PWG talks of someone pumping their balls to a normal level only then to deflate it and let the air out of the football.
