Rainbow Detox Soup Recipe! Lata Muffin Top!

SUBSCRIBE HERE: OMG why didn't y'all tell me how amazing detoxing meals are? I've been "purposely detoxing" for the past two weeks since I heard it was the fast way to loose my gut and I'M SOLD!
It makes sense to me now, if I'm going to be putting unhealthy things into my body ( I just can't give up french fries) on occasion I should also be putting something in my body daily to assist with getting those unhealthy things out faster.
*****note**** Some people with certain health conditions shouldn't eat certain vegetables together. Some people also get very gassy with certain veggies. (raises hand, notice no broccoli is in here lol) If this happens to you, start with ONLY the detox veggies that your body can handle. Check with your doctor, God or somebody, if needed.
Ok so here's what I've been doing (You can get more details on my blog post below). I've simply been replacing my lunch with this detox soup, detox smoothie (recipe coming) or a detox salad (recipe coming) every day. I eat my normal breakfast (sausage, egg and gouda sandwich with a yogurt) and really whatever I want for dinner.
Knowing that I can have whatever I want for dinner (within reason and proportion) is my motivation to eat this boring soup lol.
I've also made a few other small changes that has added to the amazing results of this soup! (see my blog post for those)
I'll be doing a before and after video at the end of the month. I seriously think I'm going to make this a lifestyle change though. It seems to be a good compromise for my greedy, food loving self.
