Pizza is great because you can make just about any type you can imagine. Here, I show you how to make a Roasted Onion Pizza, that is very far from the traditional pizza pie. The sauce in this pizza, is just a bit of cream fresh, which provides a bit of moisture, and obviously creaminess to the pizza.
The real flavor comes from the caramelized roasted onions, that are tender, brown and sweet. For cheese, I use some Gruyere cheese which is pungent and stinky in a very good way. I finish the pizza off with some pinenuts, that provide a very cool texture contrast, and that my friends is a great pizza!
