The Nike football boot factory in Montebelluna opened in 1996, and in 1997 Nike made their first football boot there, the Nike Air GX. Taking the design from that Nike football boot, the new Nike Hypervenom GX celebrates the history with modern technology. The Nike Hypervenom GX features a new construction compared to the normal Nike Hypervenom Phantom III football boots, where a big part of the upper has seen the normal NikeSKIN silicone coating that's on top of the Flyknit replaced with a piece of the softest, most premium Alegria k-leather Nike have. That means an unrivalled fit and an elegant touch in the Nike Hypervenom GX that is absolutely worthy of the old Nike Air GX and the innovation it stood for back then.
