Homemade cake in Gujrati
Homemade Cake!
Ing:
2 sticks or 8 oz Butter
1 cup + 2 Tbsp sugar
4 Eggs
2 tsp Baking Powder
2 cups White Flour
1/3 cup Milk
1 tsp crushed Cardamom (optional)
1 tbsp Vanilla (optional)
Method:
Beat together butter and sugar until creamy. Add the eggs, and mi well. Add flour and baking powder. Than add the milk and mix, once combined add the crushed cardamom and vanilla. Pour batter into a greased 9 x 13 inch cake pan and bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 min or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
