Ingredients:
Steak - 500 gram
Bacon - 500 gram
Jalapeño peppers - 6 pieces
Cheddar and mozzarella - 200 gram
barbecue sauce - 200 ml
dry rub - 6 teaspoons
How To:
01h45m - Setup your smoker to smoke at 160 degrees Celsius or 320 degrees Fahrenheit
01h00m - Grind down the meat, empty the jalapeños, stuff the with meat, wrap them with the minced meat and place them on the smoker.
00h40m - Smoke the Armadillo Eggs
00h20m - brush on barbecue sauce until you have a thick coat of barbecue sauce
00h00m - Sprinkle on some dry rub and enjoy!!
