These are my knives -
Ingredients:
Skirt Steak
Tortilla's
Salt and pepper
Sauce ingredients:
Red bell peppers - 2
Tomatoes - 5
Garlic - 1 bulb
Spring onions - a bunch
Onion - 2
Adobo chipotle sauce - 3 tablespoons
How To:
Fire up the barbecue and set it to roast 189 degrees Celsius 360 Fahrenheit.
Roast the ingredients for the sauce. Deseed the vegetables and chop the fine.
Mix the ingredients for the sauce with the Chipotle in adobo sauce and season with salt and pepper.
Grill the steak to the core temperature of 54 degrees Celsius or 130 Fahrenheit. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
Grill the tortilla's and stuff the with the sliced steak and salsa
