MJX X601H Altitude Hold Drone with Autopilot

This altitude hold drone is the first that I could actually control using its smartphone app :-) It's altitude hold feature, along with "g" sensor inputs, or flight plan inputs were very usable to control the drone. Find it here
Pro's
- FPV hexacopter with altitude hold.
- Very stable and easy to fly at low speeds. Should be an excellent learn to fly drone.
- Can easily fly this hexacopter without its controller using your smart phone. With the "MJX H" app (free on Google Play and iTunes), the pilot can fly by three different methods, 1) with simulated stick control using touch screen sticks, 2) with the phone's "g" sensors as directional input, or 3) by drawing a flight plan route on the phone's screen which the quadcopter will follow.
- FPV video from app can also be viewed in split screen if desired to be used with phone VR goggles.
- Headless mode and one key return.
- Does not require FAA registration.
Con's
- Poor resolution recorded video, and FPV video lag.
- With altitude hold, wind or high speed will create a static pressure drop that the quadcopter's barometer will interpret as an increase in altitude. The quadcopter will automatically reduce throttle at higher speeds because of this. It is necessary to manually increase throttle at high speeds to prevent impact with the ground.
