Recipe:
2 salmon fillets
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
Mince garlic and place in bowl. Add soy sauce, dijon mustard, and maple syrup. With a whisk in one hand, pour in the olive oil with the other while stirring the mixture. Stir quickly until emulsified. Take a marinating brush and brush on both sides of salmon fillets. Set in fridge for 10-15 minutes.
You can clean your grill with an onion using its oil. Dip in canola oil and grease the grill to prep. See example in the video.
Grill salmon fillets on both sides for about 6 minutes on each side. Constantly brush more marinade on while it's cooking.
Pair with a salad, potatoes, rice, etc
