Well that was unfortunate! I think I killed the ZD Racing 08425 in under 5 minutes of running. I took it out late last night to rip around the yard and found it to handle really well and it was relatively quick. I didn't see the water in that area of the BMX park because it was a ice and I didn't have a good angle to recognize the potential problem. I've got it drying out and hope it starts up again when it dries so I can show you how well it performs. All that was working after taking a bath was the steering...so some power was getting through. Fingers crossed. This video doesn't really last long enough to show you how well it handles. Ugh.
Stuff happens...and it happens to everyone. Funny that I mentioned in the unboxing that it didn't look waterproof and then put it in the drink so quickly. Guess I wanted to proof myself right.
Trying to do too much at one time. There is definitely a lot of control when trying to film and drive at the same time.
