What's for Dinner? Quick and Easy Lasagna Skillet! Noreen's Kitchen

Greetings! Here is quick and easy meal that will make your family happy and they won't believe that you made it in under an hour. All told this is on the table in between 30 to 45 minutes!
All the flavor of real Lasagna without all the work! Making it all in one pan makes this a meal that you can even tackle on a weeknight. The trick is to layer and simmer in just the right order.
The inspiration for this skillet comes from the store bought "helper" mixes. You can do better, cheaper and with more wholesome healthy ingredients than that! I have used some egg noodle, ground beef and pork, homemade tomato sauce, but you can use your favorite jar sauce, and some Ricotta, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses along with some spices you may already have in your pantry. Quick, simple and delicious!
This recipe will make enough for between 12 and 16 servings. Add a side salad and some garlic bread and you have a meal that is fit for your family and company alike!
