1 3/4 Lbs 93/7 Ground Beef
4 Cans Low Sodium Diced Tomato
2 Cans Dark Red Kidney Beans
Jalapeños 
Chipoltle Sauce 
Crushed Red Pepper 
Macros: Servings Per Bowl = 9
Serving Size 1 Cup or 8oz.
Calories = ~250
Fat = 6.5g
Carbs = 20g
Protein = 22g
