CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES WITH CREAM CHEESE FROSTING!
Happy Tasty Tuesday! Today I'm going to show you how to make these deliciously moist chocolate cupcakes with cream cheese frosting! These are a perfect dessert to enjoy with coffee or after your meal! Enjoy!

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
½ cup cocoa
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon espresso powder
½ cup milk
¼ cup vegetable oil
1 large egg
½ teaspoon vanilla
½ cup boiling water
Bake at 325F for 20 minutes.
