Dialogue is great but we need action – positive, disruptive action, action that leads to exponential good, to exponential progress toward solutions to the challenges we face. We need to stop thinking linearly and embrace exponential change – change that comes from being open to innovative partnerships and solutions. That is the Orbital Perspective.
THE ORBITAL PERSPECTIVE - Col. Ron Garan is a retired USAF fighter pilot and NASA astronaut who lived on the International Space Station for more than four months, and the founder of Fragile Oasis and the Manna Energy Foundation. Ron is an aquanaut, having spent 18 continuous days living and working on the ocean floor as part of a joint NASA-NOAA research mission to Aquarius, the world’s only undersea research laboratory. He's also a renowned social entrepreneur, Google evangelist, and is science advisor to Nobel Laureate Mohamed Yunus. A complete biography is available here.
