Gourmet pizza is on the menu today and here is an easy one with very few ingredients that is packed full of flavor, everyone will love this simple pizza recipe.
Ingredients:
4 or 5 slices Prosciutto meat
feta cheese
cherry tomatoes
pizza sauce and pizza base
rocket / arugula to top it off with
Bake in hot oven 220 to 250 c / 450f to 500f for 10 to 15 minutes until cheese is well melted or dough is slightly brown.
For the chili oil just cut up some hot chili and add to olive oil over a low heat in a saucepan, just so it is sizzling for about 5 minutes
