How to Boil Meat in a Crockpot!

A quick tutorial of how I boil my meat in the crock pot and freeze it for later use!
Recipe:
Fresh ginger
Fresh garlic
Sea salt to taste
2 tbsp soy sauce
Lemon pepper or lemon/lime zest
Black pepper
Method:
Marinate the meat with the above ing for 20 min or at least overnight. This meat can be incorporated into any of your favorite dishes.
