SOL KADHI
Ingredients
18-20 kokum petals, soaked in hot water for 2 hours
1 cup scraped fresh coconut
4-5 garlic cloves
2 green chillies
Salt to taste
7-8 fresh coriander sprigs, chopped
Method
1. Line a strainer with a muslin cloth and place on a bowl. Strain the kokum petals.
2. Grind together coconut, garlic cloves, green chilli and salt alongwith 2 cups water into a smooth mixture.
3. Strain the ground coconut mixture into the same bowl and mix well.
4. Pour in individual serving glasses, put coriander leaves on top and serve.
