Pinwheel Buns

Soft Pinwheel Buns with a center filled with shredded meat or ground beef than swirled and baked to perfection!
Recipe:
shredded meat (see video on You Tube)
1 egg beaten for the egg wash
ingredients need for binding the dough
2 cups white flour 1/2 cup extra to use only if needed
1/2 cup milk
11/2 tsp yeast and 1 tsp sugar mixed in 1 tbsp water to ferment
1 egg
pinch of salt
2 tbsp ghee or softened butter
Method of binding dough:
Add a pinch of salt in the flour and 1 egg, mix it all together and add the yeast mixture mix, add the milk slowly until dough is a little lumpy now go ahead and add the ghee and bind the dough adding more milk a little at a time so you have a very soft dough knead it really well, cover and let rest until it has doubled in size. Turn your oven on to 350 degres, roll the dough out onto a working surface, add a little spray to keep it from sticking, once you have rolled it out now add the shredded meat mixture and lay it on top of the dough evenly, follow the folding method described in the video cut in 1/2 inch thickness, transfer on to a oiled tray and pat it down, garnish with sumac, or parsley flakes let it rise until they are doubled in size. give it an egg wash that is seasoned well and stick it in the oven for 20 minutes or until done!
