At the root of most developing countries' dilemmas, agriculture and health care prove to be prime culprits for restraining their advancement. In this insightful talk, Nahush Katti delves into the profound repercussions of a simple mobile technology that allows for broad access to very accurate diagnoses with both ophthalmology and agriculture.
About Nahush:
Nahush Katti is anything but your typical high school senior. This aspiring biomedical engineer cofounded his DoctorOn company with fellow high school senior, Vikram Arun in 2010 at the age of 15 after being recognized as an overall runner up in the Innovate100 Pitch Slam Contest hosted by Guidewire Group and Reynolds Journalism Institute. When he and Arun are not diligently building their company or finishing up high school, Nahush can be found with his friends enjoying the latest movies, and if the weather is nice, fishing in his pond.
TEDxCoMo, held April 6, 2013 at the historic Missouri Theatre in Columbia, Missouri, was produced by Keith Politte and Cale Sears. Event website: TEDxCoMo.org
