The simple potato samosa gets a wonderful taste when you served it with mouth-watering sour and spicy chickpeas chaat. The samosas should be more crispy for the chaat to taste more delicious, so you need to put them fry in hot oil just for one or two minute if the samosas are not crispy enough.

Aloo Kay Samosay as required

Chickpea 250 grams
چنے 250 گرام
2 onions
پیاز 2 عدد
Oil ¼ cup
تیل ¼ کپ
4 tomatoes
ٹماٹر 4 عدد
Fresh coriander ½ cup
ہرا دھنیا ½ کپ
4 green chilies
ہری مرچیں 4 عدد
Garlic 1 tbsp
لہسن 1 چائے کا چمچ
Red chilli powder (Lal Mirch) 1 tsp
سُرخ مرچ پائوڈر 1 ٹی سپون
Cumin powder 1 tsp
زیرہ پائوڈر 1 ٹی سپون
Coriander powder 1 tsp
دھنیا پائوڈر 1 ٹی سپون
Turmeric powder (haldi) ½ tsp
ہلدی پائوڈر ½ ٹی سپون
Salt to taste
نمک حسب ذائقہ
Chaat Masala 1 tsp
چاٹ مصالحہ 1 ٹیبل سپون
Tamarind water ½ cup
کپ ½ املی کا پانی
Chickpea water 1 cup
کپ ½ چنوں کا پانی
Yogurt 1 cup
دہی 1 کپ
Onions - Tomatoes - mint - tamarind chutney - green chutney and yogurt as required
