Very Colourful Layered Birthday Cake

This is a quick video showing you how I made this very inexpensive cake for my daughter's very special 18th Birthday!

Ing:
1 boxed cake (follow the direction on the cake for the ing)
5 small cake pans (I used Wilton's layered cake pan)
2 lbs butter cream frosting (mine was store bought from the bakery)
small purple candies for garnish
Method:
Preheat the oven and follow the instructions on the cake box and divide the batter in 5 separate bowls and colour the with your favorite food colour by adding couple drops of the food colour. Grease and flour the pans and add the different coloured batter in it, and bake these cakes according to package directions. Insert toothpick to make sure cakes are done. Make sure the cakes are completely cooled before you start frosting it. Now start layering the cakes according to your colour preference. Lightly frost the cake and use the tip no 1M to make nice rosettes on the cake and lastly garnish with the purple candy..
