Tal como lo viste en Cocineros Mexicanos, una sencilla receta para preparar Agua de horchata.
HORCHATA ALMENDRADA
500 gr. Arroz tipo Morelos
50 gr. Almendra
1 rajita de Canela
400 ml. Leche de arroz
200 ml. Leche condensada
1 L. Agua
200 gr. Azúcar
2 T. Hielo
MANERA DE HACERSE
Remoja el arroz en el agua y leche de almendra por 3 hrs.
Licúa con el resto de los ingredientes. Cuela
Sirve frío.
