This plank workout will help give you a smaller waist and way more defined midsection. It is an at-home workout with no equipment! The workout is below:
- 30 second plank hold
- 30 plank twists
- 30 knee-to-elbow planks
- 30 second side plank hold (each side)
- 20 plank leg lifts
- 50 bicycle crunches
